I would like to thank you for your knowledge and experience in helping me with
the house. It was only because of you and your persistence that made it all
possible. There were so many steps and obstacles along the way and you were
there with answers to all the questions. It started with you finding the
AZyourwayhome.com financing. Your help with that made my loan payment
considerably lower. Then it was the many phone calls and emails with the bank and
Deborah Scott of Pioneer Title. Everything that happened with the bank was very
discouraging for a first time home buyer. If it weren't for your hard work and
diligence the deal would have never happened. Buying a REO bank owned home can
be very intimidating with many challenges. Your guidance and familiarity
through the process was the key to the success of the deal.
